Quyen’s age has not stopped her so far from having a motivated and driven career.

What jump started her career path was obtaining the Governors General Merit award for placing in the highest percentile in her graduating class. From there, she was assertive for roles leading to her experience in team management and client relations.

With her previous experience working for the Royal Bank in their Cross Borders division, she quickly learned the importance client satisfaction. She later left and began her supervision experience at NDG Financial where she started out as a Sales representative. She quickly moved her way up into a supervisor role within the year and a half of her employment looking after 16 employees and producing considerable numbers. Quyen is efficient, driven and has a firm knowledge and control over the policies and procedures of the organization. Those factors have complimented her outstanding work ethic.

Now with the role of Office Manager and Case Coordinator, Quyen ensures the work flow of the office is guaranteed an optimum efficiency. She is the person responsible for corresponding with Service Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency and doctors’ offices to assure issues are dealt with effectively and successfully.
